Managing Partner
Charles Kaguoya Munga is a founding partner of the Firm. He is an Honours graduate of the University of Nairobi (LL.B). He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a lecturer of Law. His specialty is Commercial Law and Conveyancing.

Mutuma Dennis Kibanga
Head of Litigation
LL.B (Hons.) University of Nairobi, Diploma in Law (Kenya School of Law), LL. M (University of Nairobi), CPS (K). Advocate, Commissioner for Oaths, Notary Public and Certified Public Secretary.
Mutuma Kibanga is a founding Partner of the Firm. He is an Honours graduate of the University of Nairobi (LL.B). He is in charge of litigation with a bias in commercial and criminal litigation.

Sylvia Esendi Ombeva
Head of Conveyancing
LL.B (Hons.) University of London, Diploma in Law (Kenya School of Law). Advocate, Commissioner for Oaths.
Sylvia Esendi Ombeva joined Munga Kibanga & Company Advocates in 2007 and thereafter received intensive in-house training in areas related to Commercial Briefs and Conveyancing Matters. She is currently in charge of the conveyancing department and deals primarily with perfection of bank security documentation, commercial law including contract documentation, and conveyance of property. She has been involved in major property transactions.

Mogire Hezron Ochoi
Partner
LL.B (First Class Honours) Catholic University of East Africa, Diploma in Law (Kenya School of Law). Advocate.
Hezron holds a First Class Honours Degree (LLB) from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a Post Graduate Diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law.
He undertook his articles of Pupilage with the firm where he received extensive and in-depth training in diverse areas of law.
He is currently an associate at the Firm specializing in Litigation.
